Piyo - Yoga/Pilates
This class is an athletic blend of Pilates, Yoga, and so much more. These classes will strengthen, tone and energize your body as well as improve your balance and flexibility. All levels are welcome! The class will include modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels.
Your Instructor
Nikki Carrico began practicing pilates in 1998 and yoga in 2004. She
has experienced benefits from both forms, including increased
strength, flexibility and endurance. And they've taken her running and
triathlon training to a higher level. The positive impact yoga and
pilates have had on her athletics and overall well-being inspired
Nikki to want to teach others. In 2007, she became certified in
teaching PIYO, a fusion of pilates and yoga.
Nikki graduated from UW-Madison in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry. In May, she will graduate from the university's Doctor of Pharmacy program.

Schedule
Classes will be offered Saturdays at 7:45-8:45am at The Academy of Hwa Rang Do Madison West
Please note: There will be no class on Saturday May 24th and Saturday May 31st.
